Today we’ll be taking a closer look at three of these errors, including some that may mean you can’t retire when you want to! Here are the three errors discussed in this interview:

  1. Failure to thoroughly review personnel records.
  2. Failure to make timely request estimates of unpaid deposits or redeposits.
  3. Failure to fill out and, if necessary, update beneficiary designations.
