By now you know all about the new requirements to cut the Defense budget. Defense Secretary Robert Gates wants to take $100 million away from the “tail” end of the Pentagon, and reinvest that in the “teeth.” Now, we can tell you that the Defense Logistics Agency has crafted its own guidance to help meet those requirements. Fred Baillie, Chief of Staff of the Defense Logistics Agency, joins us with details.
