Sometimes, contractors need a little respect. One way of getting it is banding together to tell a collective story. One group of contractors is heavily involved in international development, working with U.S. AID and non-governmental organizations, or NGOs. But government and NGOs get all the credit, they say. That led to formation of the Coalition of International Development Companies — the CIDC. Indira Ahluwalia, president of Development and Training Services of Arlington joined the Federal Drive to explain what’s going on.
