Lulz clams hacking of Arizona Public Safety

A hackers\' group that boasts of successfully getting into a number of prominent sites is claiming another triumph - or victim, as the case might be.

LulzSec, the hacking collective, has become notorious for breaking into both federal government and industry systems. Now the group is claiming it hacked into the Arizona Department of Public Safety. LulzSec claims to have released details of staff, emails and correspondence on public file-sharing sites. Arizona police officers report getting cell phone calls from strangers. The breach was confirmed by Arizona officials, who said police were beefing up their security procedures. LulzSec members say on their web site, the Arizona hack was in retaliation for the state’s immigration policies.
