The Senate’s not even meeting this week. And the House is out too. It may be recess week, but gun debates seem to be consuming House members  and there’s still the simmering issue of immigration. So will federal agencies ever see fiscal year 2018 appropriations by the deadline of March 23rd? Loren Duggan, editorial director of Bloomberg Government, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin for a view of the week on Capitol Hill.
