What is the state of state ARRA funds?

In October, state and local government communities and other recipients will begin reporting to the federal government about what they are doing with their Recovery Act funds. But, where are the funds that states were promised to get the reporting done? Joining us to discuss this is the new National President of the Association of Government Accountants, William A. Morehead. AGA just wrapped up their Internal Control and Fraud conference at the Reagan Building. Mr. Morehead is also the Chair of the Division of Accountancy, Computer Information Systems and Finance at Delta State University.
