Federal News Radio’s Jason Miller is reporting “The Veterans Affairs Department is putting 45 information technology projects on hold — at least temporarily — while it figures out how to get them back on track.” VA Chief Information Officer Roger Baker was instrumental in getting the performance metrics in place to cause the holds, and he told Karen Evans and me what’s going on, why the programs have been stopped, and what has to happen to get them going again.
