It seems like we hear about a buyout or early retirement offer at a Federal agency almost every day. Federal News Radio Senior Correspondent Mike Causey is tracking them in his column.
The Army’s move to the cloud for email services is due to be finished by the end of March. The Army has been holding back on the migration so it could overhaul its network and resolve complaints of poor service. Mike Krieger, the Army’s deputy chief information officer, tells Federal News Radio’s Jared Serbu what the Army thinks are the next big opportunities in DoD’s secure cloud.
