  • President Barack Obama has issued an executive order giving federal leaders 90 days to come up with a plan to increase diversity from interns to executives. Federal News Radio’s Emily Kopp has the story.
  • The Department of the Navy says it can’t fail…and the schedule can’t slip on its gigantic award to run its enterprise IT network. Navy and Marine Corps officials held an industry day this afternoon in Virginia to update vendors on the procurement process for the Next Generation Enterprise Network. Federal News Radio’s Jared Serbu was there.
