Two recent executive orders to introduce new wage equality standards for federal contractors really just mean business as usual. That’s according to Tom Mason, a partner for Cooley LLP that provides legal representation for federal contracting companies. He’s also a contributor to the Federal Contractor Compliance Watch blog.
