Two recent executive orders to introduce new wage equality standards for federal contractors really just mean business as usual. That’s according to Tom Mason, a partner for Cooley LLP that provides legal representation for federal contracting companies. He’s also a contributor to the Federal Contractor Compliance Watch blog. As part of Federal News Radio’s special report Trust Redefined: Reconnecting Government and its Employees, he contractors typically don’t have many compliance issues with social reforms because their relationships with agencies already include a high level of trust.
