The non-profit Partnership for Public Service says only about half of federal employees think their supervisors are good communicators and motivators. David Dye is a Director in Deloitte’s Human Capital Practice. Deloitte helped the Partnership crunch the latest numbers. David explained the results on In Depth with Francis Rose.
