Two presidential administrations have called on John Koskinen to do tough jobs. He presided over the year 2000 computer code conversion during the Clinton administration. And he worked to right the IRS after its tax exempt organization scandal under the Obama administration. Now retired, apparently for real, Koskinen joins Federal Drive with Tom Temin for a little reflection on public service.
