December 5, 2014 — This week on “FEDtalk”, host Jenny Mattingley is joined by federal CIOs and CTOs to discuss technology in the federal government and how agencies are handling a rapidly changing IT world.

The panelists are Nagesh Rao, chief technology officer and entrepreneur in residence, Office of Investment and Innovation, Small Business Administration, Federal Communications Commission CIO David Bray, and Bryan Sivak, chief technology officer, US Department of Health and Human Services.

They will discuss how the CIO/CTO role has changed over the past decade and the biggest challenges CIOs and CTOs face, including how advances in technology are affecting how they do their jobs.
