It’s been one year since the Office of Personnel Management revealed that a major cyber breach of its IT systems compromised the personally identifiable information of millions of current and federal employees.

We want to know, in the 12 months since the breach, is the government and industry in a better position when it comes to cybersecurity. Take our anonymous survey. We’ll have the results published in time for the year anniversary of OPM’s announcement.
