Thirty children from 19 countries are sworn in as U.S. citizens, during a special Halloween-themed ceremony at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ Washington District office. USCIS Director León Rodríguez presented the children with their Certificates of Citizenship after they said the oath of allegiance.
