Today’s guest is Lou Kerestesy. He the founder of GovInnovators. Our interview today talks about innovations and federal technology. His background is perfect for this: he has an advanced degree in conflict resolution and twenty years’ experience in federal information technology.
The reason conflict resolution is an important skill set is because changes to an organization’s methods of handling data can encounter resistance. During the interview, Kerestesy talked about his experience with helping federal agencies achieve business transformation. He gave illustrations of government innovation centers leading with NASA’s Center for Collaborative Innovation.
The discussion touched on one aspect of change that is rarely mentioned – acquisition reform.
