Ambassador Bill Harrop, Chairman, Diplomacy Center Foundation

Over 400 museums around the country commemorate the actions and service of members of the military. The total for diplomats is zero. The US Diplomacy Center will make that ratio 400 to one. Ambassador Bill Harrop is chairman of the Diplomacy Center Foundation. He tells In Depth with Francis Rose where the idea for such a center came from, and where it will live.
