(This show originally aired on May 22, 2015)

This week on “Fed Access”, Randy Brown, director of Communications for the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans, joins host Derrick Dortch to talk about what his organization is doing to help veterans who are homeless.

The coalition oversees programs that provides housing, food, job training and other services to the nearly 50,000 homeless veterans in the United States.

Brown discusses the programs in detail, and talks about the success that some cities are having in getting homeless veterans off the streets.
