July 20, 2012 — This week on “FEDtalk”, Bill Bransford will host a roundtable discussion of employee performance management, and how programs like GEAR are helping agencies improve performance management.

He will be joined by Kathryn Medina, executive director of the Chief Human Capital Officers Council, Michael Filler from the National Council on Federal Labor-Management Relations, and Patricia Niehaus and Greg Stanford from the Federal Managers Association.
