Researchers have found a link between NetFlix.com — you know, the popular video rental service — and some government Web sites. Customer satisfaction. The latest ASCI rating gives four federal sites the same, or in some cases better scores than NetFlix.com — which had the best private sector rating. Included in the mix are sites from the Social Security Administration and one from the National Institutes of Health. That one is called MedlinePlus.gov.
