An update on the Civil False Claims Act

This week on “Off the Shelf”  Jack Horan, government  contracts partner at Dentons LLP, provides an update on recent developments under the Civil False Claims Act (FCA).

Horan analyzes recent key decisions and the potential impact, both good and bad, for government contractors.  In particular,  he provides analysis of the recent Supreme Court decision on the Wartime Statute of Limitations Act and the FCA.
