Head shot of Rob Burton
Rob Burton, partner, Crowell & Moring LLP

This week on “Off the Shelf”, Rob Burton, partner at Crowell & Moring LLP, provides an update on a series of major procurement “events” over the last three months.

He shares his analysis of the Supreme Court’s Kingdomware decision and what it means for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB).  Will the case have ramifications beyond the VA?  How will VA implement it?

Burton also discusses GSA’s Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) rule and its impact on FSS contractors.  In addition, he comments on the implementation impact of the Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces final rule.
